Terms and Conditions for Workshops on Mental Health by Corporate Souls, a brand of Symbiart, s.r.o.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or participating in any workshop provided by Corporate Souls, a brand of Symbiart, s.r.o., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our workshops.

2. Description of Services

Corporate Souls, a brand of Symbiart, s.r.o., provides workshops on mental health, both online and in person, in the Czech Republic. These workshops may include but are not limited to training sessions, seminars, and group discussions aimed at promoting mental well-being.

3. Registration and Payment

To register for a workshop, businesses must complete the enrollment process and furnish precise and up-to-date information. Payment is mandatory to confirm a reservation in the workshop. It is important to note that for personal workshops conducted beyond 10km from Prague 1, which is the company's seat, additional costs such as travel, allowances, and accommodation may apply. These additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon with the participating business in advance of the workshop. 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their enrollment in a workshop, but refunds will be subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made 30 days prior to the workshop start date will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 10 days of the workshop start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable fees.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours before the workshop date.

Corporate Souls reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during workshops. Any disruptive behavior or violation of Corporate Souls' code of conduct may result in removal from the workshop without a refund. During online workshops, participants are required to have their camera on.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials and content provided during the workshops, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and exercises, are the intellectual property of Corporate Souls, a brand of Symbiart, s.r.o. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Corporate Souls respects the privacy of its participants. Personal information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Participants are also expected to respect the confidentiality of information shared by others during the workshops.

8. Limitation of Liability

Corporate Souls, a brand of Symbiart, s.r.o., is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the workshops. Participants engage in the workshops at their own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Corporate Souls, a brand of Symbiart, s.r.o., reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the workshops constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
